1. An order confirmation. Please keep for your records.

2. Your Las Vegas Slash’d Pass that includes a link to your digital pass. Clicking the “Save to Phone” button will allow you to add your pass in your Apple (iPhone) or Google (Android) Wallet.

Unfortunately, you won’t be eligible to purchase a Slash’d Pass as we aren’t currently offering physical cards.

No, after purchasing, your pass will hit your inbox within seconds, ready to save you $$$.

The Slash’d pass gives you access to dining and drink deals for one year. You can purchase a new pass after your one-year term has expired. You WILL NOT be auto-billed in a year.

Simply show it to your server. They will verify your name on the digital pass matches your ID and that the expiration date is valid.

Unfortunately, mistakes happen, and sometimes new employees may forget about Slash’d Pass. If this happens to you, please reach out, and we’ll make it right.

No, this is unlimited use. You can have multiple meals/drinks at an establishment during a trip, and the special will be awarded each time.

In most cases yes, unless explicitly stated otherwise under the deal on the deals page.

No, there are no “stacking benefits.” If meals are paid for individually, each guest who has a valid Slash’d Pass can redeem their discount. Or if one person in the group pays the entire bill, they could use their pass on behalf of the group.

This is strictly prohibited, and you should expect your server to ensure your Slash’d pass matches your ID. They may ask to see your “pass details” if they suspect your pass is a screenshot or doctored.

You will need Wi-Fi or a cell signal to download your pass. Once it’s in your wallet, you are good. 

As of now, no, the purchaser will default to the active pass holder
